Stage 1 — Registration & Team Formation
Participants register on the platform, providing personal, contact, and college/company details. Teams of 3 to 5 members are formed under a team leader. The dashboard allows direct team management and collaboration.

Stage 2 — PPT & Proposal Submission
First elimination round. Teams choose a challenge category (AI, Drone Technology, Cybersecurity, Robotics, or Surveillance Systems) and submit an idea presentation (PPT/PDF) detailing their proposed solution, architecture, and technology stack.

Stage 3 — Evaluation & Shortlisting
Ideas are evaluated based on innovation, feasibility, technical quality, and impact. Top teams are selected region-wise for the regional competition. Results are published directly to the participant dashboards.

Stage 4 — Regional Round
Shortlisted teams compete offline at regional venues across India. Includes pitching before expert evaluators, receiving technical mentorship, and starting working prototype development.

Stage 5 — National Grand Finale
The highest competition stage. Qualifying top regional teams from across India present their complete, optimized solutions and showcase live working prototype demonstrations before a grand jury.

Stage 6 — Finals & Awards
